Our body is one complicated machine and no matter how one tries to grasp and understand it; it will not always be possible to know its present and real condition. That’s why, there’s a need for regular medical check-ups to ensure that all the fluids, organs, cells, etc., are well coordinated, well paced, and well-balanced.

Take for example the body's blood sugar levels, this is one of the most common concerns these days that may even complicate things if not properly addressed and treated.  Normal blood sugar levels are between 4-8 mmol/L (millimoles per liter), sometimes, it's possible that with the daily activities of the person, there are particular times of the day when the body needs much of this glucose to boost the energy it needs and thus absorbing and consuming whatever sugar is stored and available in the blood.  Because of this, an intake of new sugar or glucose must be done to maintain the normal blood sugar levels of the body.  If not, the body gets weak, thus people oftentimes feel drowsy or dizzy and other symptoms of diabetes.  It is important that one knows how to maintain his normal blood sugar level, in this way, he can be sure to replenish it by taking in food reach in glucose, especially if he's into active sports and activities. If the normal blood sugar level of the body is not regulated, the tendency is that it will move outside of these levels in either way --- it may increase so high that the person experiences hyperglycemia or it may decrease so low that the person experiences hypoglycemia ---- but either way, if not taken care of, will lead to other complicated illnesses.
